Delivery

 Delivery Schedule

• Once delivery is scheduled you will be given a 2-4 hour delivery time frame.
• Person accepting the delivery must be at least 18 years of age. Signature is required, unless the customer has communicated prior to delivery where the product should be placed. 

Delivery Details

• Our drivers will not move existing materials or items to complete the delivery, so please ensure the area is clear and ready.
• A driveway or gate is required to be at least 10 feet wide for safe and adequate truck clearance.
• At no time will the truck drive on or over a curb, a lawn, or off a hard surface.
• Please make sure overhead clearance (tree branches, powerlines) as our truck can reach up to 30 feet high when unloading.
• Spreading is always at the driver’s discretion and is not a charged service. We require 30 feet of clearance, and the driveway can’t be sloped.

Refund and Return Policy

• If delivery is canceled within four hours of the scheduled delivery time, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
• There is no return or refund on materials after delivery.
• If delivery cannot be completed for any reason upon arrival, the customer will be charged a $25 restocking fee, and only the material charge will be credited back. The delivery fee is non-refundable.

Payment Terms

• Washington state is a destination-based sales tax state. Sales tax is collected at the rate applicable where the product is delivered.
• Fees for the product and delivery are due at the time of scheduling. No delivery times can be held without payment. 
• Delivery charges are part of the sale price and are subject to sales tax. If the sale is exempt from retail sales tax, the entire selling price including the delivery charge is not subject to tax.
